Casita S'Almonia

This fisherman's cottage in a small bay on the South East coast is a real gem.

Derelict for years, it had to be carefully hollowed out and completely reconstructed. Old materials were used and obsolete forms of craftsmanship were deployed again.

In loving attention to detail, the cottage thus became an idyllic weekend home with the charm of days bygone, yet where one need not renounce the comforts of modern life, such as heating, running water or even television.
