Renovation of a 50-year-old typical chalet in S’Almonia, maintaining the floor typical of that time and elements such as the tiled blue kitchen from a previous renovation… Some furniture from the original furnishing was kept… The house was equipped with infrared underfloor heating on the ground floor and infrared ceiling heating on the upper floor, and through the mixed color scheme, it received a cheerful character. The 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were converted into 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
